                              KRISTAL GREEN

Kristal Green

Kristal Green is a new polishing cream  for artificial marbles, marble-quartz agglomerates.Thanks to the thermal force of the crystallization machine and the Disco Lux , Kristal Green can uniformly penetrate into the gaps of molecules and then solidify into high-strength rigid transparent protective layer, just like form a crystal shield on the surface of the polished tiles. It enjoys powerful properties against dust, acid/alkali, washing, scratches an stain, and excellent self-cleaning performance. After the treatment with Kristal Green, the Granite, the vitrified tiles and artificial stones will present oily, limpid and attractive surfaces.

High Gloss: The size of the particles of the Kristal Green are generally within 5nm and are able to penetrate into the micro air pores of tiles and form a uniform film of high gloss . Due to containing titanium and quartz particles, attractive gloss presents and highly eases the work of cleaning staff.

Incomparable High strength and wear resistance: Kristal Green contain rigid titanium particles, which are over a hundred times harder then the resin grains contained in general crystallizing agents, that are able to resist to the external challenge for long time, exempt you from the trouble of repeated polishing and save great amount for caring cost.

Resistance to Slip and Stains: The surface of the Kristal Green is hydrophobic, not only resisting to ink, juice, sewage , but against the oxidation or decomposition by general acid or alkali detergents. Sucker function will show when it contacts water or sole . The surface friction coefficient is within 0,5-0,7, greater than national standard GB 19079.1-2003 which require the static friction of floors is no less than 0,5, is wholly slip resistant.

Daily cleaner and sealer soap for polished marble and terrazzo floors. It leaves the floors waterproof and high glossy. Ideal to be used to wash the floor after Polish powder.

The best solution for Concrete, Terrazzo and Natural stones.

                                                                                                                                   Application:

A) Polished concrete, trowelled concrete and concrete overlay (like Utratop or Pandomo) polishing.


B) Marble, Terrazzo and natural stone restoration and polishing.
Can be used wet on natural stone or dry on concrete and screed. Thanks to the flexible support and its design it allows to grind, sand and hone the surface fast leaving a homogeneous finish. Elica is the best solution for semi gloss, honed and matt finish on trowelled concrete or screed without exposing the aggregate. The best solution for concrete preparation before densification and sealing. The Elica series is available in 4”, 5.5”, 8”, 9.5”, 13”, 16”, 17”, 18”, 20” and 26″ size, other sizes upon request.

                                     Guidelines:

 

Dry system for Polished concrete, Polishing concrete screed and trowelled concrete, concrete overlay.
1. Start grinding with Elica 00 or Elica 0 according the condition of the concrete.
2. Apply Beton Hardener for densification.
3. Once the Beton Hardener its completely dry, sand the floor with Elica 2.

For different finishing follow the instruction below:
A. For matt finish just apply Beton Guard Lithium sealer.
B. For semi gloss finish proceed with Elica 3 and after apply Beton Guard Lithium sealer.
C. For gloss finish proceed with Elica 3 and 4 and after apply Beton Guard Lithium sealer.
For daily cleaning of floors treated as A and B in high traffic areas, use Superclean Pad with scrubber machine. Does not need chemicals, just water.
For daily cleaning of floors treated as C in high traffic areas use burnishing machine like Tornado or Hurrikane and HS polishing pad Discolux.

Wet system for Marble, Terrazzo and natural stones polishing.
1. Start grinding with Elica 00 or Elica 0 to remove the scratches ad refresh the surface according the condition of the floor.
2. Hone the floor with Elica 1, 2 and 3.
3. Use Klindex stone Polishing Powder KP92 or Elica 4 with water for a mechanical polishing process.
4. Wash the floor with stone Stone Soap.
For daily cleaning and maintenance in high traffic areas use Superclean Pad with scrubber machine and Stone Soap cleaner.
