BETON

BETON HARDENER

Beton Hardener is a high-performance SILICATE densifier that increase the hardness, the abrasion resistance and reduce dusting. Excellent for new and old concrete surface, Terrazzo and agglomerate floor. Extremely low in VOC’s (less than 50 grams per litre), leaves concrete hard and dust proof. It Penetrates deeply in the concrete, leaving no film to lift or peel off. Reduces efflorescence and surface sweating. Prolongs and improve finish of polished surfaces.

BETON GUARD LITHIUM

Beton Guard Lithium , based on Nano Lithium Technology, forms am High Gloss Protective C Micro Film Coat that hardens and seals concrete floors, producing a very hard, dust repellent, stain proof and water repellent surface. Optimum coating system designed for high durability for harsh and high abuse conditions able to resists to significant foot traffic, large equipment, abrasion, chemicals, oil and many acid and deterioration. Extremely low in VOC’s (less than 50 grams per litre), leaves concrete hard, safe and not slippery, stain resistant, easy to maintain, and light reflective.

BETON COLOR DYE

Concentrate liquid colours to be diluted in 4 lt of Acetone to colour concrete floors. The colour of BETON COLOR above showed are indicative. They are not RAL because they a re not varnishes but the result of a chemical reaction with the concrete. As a result the tonality can change according to the kind of concrete. We recommend to make a preliminary test to be sure of the colour reached.

BETON FILLER

Beton Filler is a product developed for grouting and filling up small holes and superficial cracks of the concrete floor.
Fast to use because it is applied with grinding machine fitted with diamond disc CR2. Mixed with the dust created during the grinding operation it will get the same colour of the surface.
It is compatible with Beton Color Dye.

SLURRY DRYER

BETON GROUT & CRACK REPAIR

Beton Grout is the system developed by Klindex to repair damaged concrete surfaces, to fill up big holes and craks even deep.
The system consist of three products: BETON GROUT CATALYZER, BETON GROUT RESIN e micro sphere of BETON GROUT GLASS BUBBLES.

The main characteristics of BETON GROUT are:
a)The micro spheres which keep morbid and workable in order to perfectly close the area to be repaired.
b)The resin is expansive allowing to smooth and polish.
